Rick Bailey – Kennett Square Project

DSCN0138

In December of 2005 my wife and I purchased a 2,500 sq foot Queen-Anne style home in Kennett Square, PA.  The house needed a lot of work including repainting inside and out. Here are pictures (above and below) of the front facade after re-painting in 2007, with the shutters
(which had been stored in the basement at the time of purchase) changed to forest green from white, and the trim going from white to Navajo White (a cream-light yellow color). All of this
painting was done during “off-hours” while I worked full-time Monday-Friday serving my regular
clientele.
